What unit sizes and layouts does Parkside Residences have?

Nine layouts across 693 homes, fourteen to a typical floor. They run from a 485 sq ft Type A with a flexi bedroom to a 1,325 sq ft Type E2 with three bedrooms and a balcony. Several types are also built as a mirrored plan across the lift lobby.

Type A — 485 sq ft: Flexi bedroom, 1 bathroom
Type C1 — 646 sq ft: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Type B — 689 sq ft: 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms
Type C2 — 732 sq ft: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Type D1 — 872 sq ft: 2 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms — Levels 9 to 33
Type D2 — 926 sq ft: 2 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms, balcony — Levels 36 to 59
Type D3 — 1,012 sq ft: 2 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms, corner
Type E1 — 1,260 sq ft: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony
Type E2 — 1,325 sq ft: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony

I count bedrooms strictly. The D types are two-bedroom homes with a study between them, not three-bedroom homes, and the Type A flexi is one room you may partition rather than a second bedroom. If you need three real bedrooms here, that is the E1 and the E2 and nothing below them.

Car park allocation runs with the type rather than with the price: Type A gets nought to one bay, Types B, C and D one bay each, and the E1 and E2 one tandem bay, which is two cars nose to tail rather than two separate bays. Ask about this early if you run two cars.

Several types are also built as a mirrored plan on the opposite side of the lift lobby, marked (M) on the floor plate. The layout is identical and the outlook is not, so the mirrored half of a pair can face Bangsar where the original faces the park.
