How does the property finder match me to a project?
Budget and area are checked against the project as a whole: its starting price and the area it sits in. Bedrooms, size and landed or high-rise are checked against each floor plan on its own. If you ask for three bedrooms between 1,000 and 1,500 sq ft, a project only matches when one of its layouts is both — not when it has a three-bedroom somewhere and a 1,200 sq ft unit somewhere else.
Does a 3+1 count as four bedrooms?
No. The +1 is a utility or maid's room, often without a window, so a 3+1 counts as three bedrooms here. If you need four real bedrooms, pick '4 or more'.
Why do I see projects that start below my budget?
Because their bigger layouts usually cost more than the starting price, and may well land inside your budget. They are listed after the projects that start inside your budget band, and marked so you can tell them apart.
What are close matches?
When only a few projects meet every answer, I show the ones that miss on a single answer — usually bedrooms, size, or a starting price up to 20% over your budget. I never relax the area or the property type you picked.
Can I send my results to someone?
Yes. The web address updates with your answers, so copy it from the address bar and whoever opens it sees the same matches. You can also send your answers straight to me on WhatsApp from the results.
Where do the sizes and bedroom counts come from?
From each project's own brochure and sales materials, the same figures its page on this site shows. The finder reads that page's floor plans directly, so the two can never disagree.
