What facilities does Parkside Residences have?

Facilities sit on five levels in four named zones: Parkside Boulevard on the ground floor, Parkside Retreat on Level 8 with the infinity pool, jacuzzi and playground, Parkside Collective on Level 43 with nine garden and social spaces, and Parkside Sky on Levels 61 and 62.

The facilities are stacked rather than gathered on one deck, which is the thing to understand about this tower. Instead of a single podium you have four zones spread up 62 storeys, so the pool is eight floors up, the gardens are at 43 and the gym is at the crown.

That buys views from almost everything and costs you lift time. Eight lifts serve 693 homes, seven passenger and one service, which is a reasonable ratio, but a trip from the 50th floor to the Level 8 pool is a different proposition from walking out onto a podium.

The list above is the brochure's own, zone by zone. No pet area appears anywhere in it — the reason a dog works here is the masterplan's central park next door, which is a separate question.
