Where is Parkside Residences?

Parkside Residences is on Jalan Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur, inside Setia Federal Hill — the 52-acre masterplan on the ridge between Bangsar and KL Sentral. It is the first residential tower in that masterplan, and a sheltered walkway links it to Bangsar LRT station about 400 m away.

The address does a lot of work here. Bangsar on one side, KL Sentral on the other, and the city centre in view from the upper floors — it is one of the few plots left in that pocket large enough to carry a masterplan rather than a single tower.

The brochure's own location map names Bangsar Village, Bangsar Shopping Centre, Mid Valley City, Nu Sentral, Pantai Hospital and University Malaya Medical Centre. From the upper floors the tower looks over the Perdana Botanical Garden, Muzium Negara, KL Sentral, KLCC, Merdeka 118 and TRX.

Worth being clear about what Setia Federal Hill is today: a 52-acre masterplan of residences, offices, retail, a hotel and lifestyle amenities, built around a 5-acre central park, of which this tower is the first residential address. The park and the podium connection are planned, not standing.
