When will Parkside Residences be completed?
January 2030 is the expected date of completion printed on the developer's advertising and sales permit, 30874-1/12-2027/1147(A)-(S), which runs from 17 December 2024 to 16 December 2027. That is the only completion date published for the project, and I quote no other.

Completion is not the date you get your keys. The building is completed, then certified, then handed over as vacant possession, and only the last of those lets you in. Budget for a gap between the date on the permit and the day you move.
The permit date is also the only one I will quote you. Sales staff sometimes talk about an earlier target, and a target is not a commitment — the permit figure is the one the developer has put on a regulated document.
