Is Parkside Residences pet friendly?

The 5-acre central park the tower opens onto is pet-friendly, and the podium is planned to connect straight into it. The park belongs to Setia Federal Hill, the 52-acre masterplan, rather than to Parkside itself — the brochure's facility list names no pet run inside the development.

The distinction is worth holding onto, because it changes what you are buying. A development with its own pet run gives you a space inside the gate, governed by the building's own rules. Parkside gives you a 5-acre park on the doorstep that takes dogs — a great deal more space, shared with everyone else in a 52-acre masterplan.

What the brochure does not do is state a pet policy for the units themselves. Its facility list names four zones — Parkside Boulevard on the ground floor, Parkside Retreat on Level 8, Parkside Collective on Level 43 and Parkside Sky at the crown — and no pet area appears in any of them. So treat the park as the reason this works for a dog, not as permission to keep one.

That permission comes from the house rules, and those are set by the management corporation after handover rather than by the developer today. They are where breed, size and lift restrictions get decided. Ask me for whatever the developer has committed in writing before you count on it.
