How much is Parkside Residences per square foot?

I am quoting Parkside Residences from RM665,000 as at August 2026, which works out at about RM1,370 per square foot against the smallest layout, the 485 sq ft Type A. The advertising and sales permit publishes a wider band, RM772,000 to RM2,317,000, because permit prices are gross list prices before any package.

The psf above is worked out rather than quoted: the price I am currently quoting, divided by the smallest built-up. It is the right number for comparing Parkside against other Bangsar launches, but it is a floor rather than what most buyers pay.

The gap between my figure and the permit band catches people out. A permit records gross list prices, which is what the developer may legally charge before any rebate or package is applied. The entry price I quote is what is actually being transacted in the phase on sale, which is why it sits below the bottom of the band.

Floor level and facing move the number more than anything else here, and neither is published. The tower faces the central park and the city centre on one side, Bangsar and KL Sentral on the others. Message me for the current price list and I will send what is left in your size.
