Times Square 2 sits on Jalan Imbi in the middle of Bukit Bintang, with Imbi Monorail station 100 m away, Hang Tuah LRT 350 m and Bukit Bintang MRT 750 m — and Berjaya Times Square, LaLaport BBCC, Jalan Alor and Pavilion KL all within a short walk.

Distances measured from the site, as published in the brochure.
Prices start from RM688,000. The developer's advertising permit carries a band of RM688,000 to RM2,649,000 across the whole development, and homes run from 488 to 1,356 sq ft, so the entry price works out at roughly RM1,410 per square foot. Published prices are indicative and gross, and the figure for a particular unit depends on the floor, the layout and what is still available.
Times Square 2 is on Jalan Imbi in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, built right beside Imbi Monorail station and next to Berjaya Times Square. Imbi station is 100 m away, Hang Tuah LRT 350 m and Bukit Bintang MRT 750 m. LaLaport BBCC is 100 m, Jalan Alor Food Street 950 m, Lot 10 1.0 km, Changkat Bukit Bintang 1.1 km, Pavilion KL 1.1 km, Merdeka 118 1.1 km, Petaling Street Market 1.5 km, TRX 1.5 km and KLCC 2.2 km.
Times Square 2 is freehold. The land tenure on the developer's advertising permit is freehold, which is unusual for new high-rise stock in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. The property type is a serviced residence, so electricity, water and assessment are billed at commercial rates rather than residential ones.
Times Square 2 holds 629 homes, twenty to a floor. The brochure draws four standard layouts. Type A is 488 sq ft with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and accounts for ten homes on a typical floor. Type B is 678 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, six homes a floor. Type C is 888 sq ft and dual key, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room and a balcony, two homes a floor. Type D is 1,038 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a balcony, two homes a floor. The 1,356 sq ft at the top of the published range is two Type B homes taken through their hackable party wall. Levels 13A, 19, 20 and 23A are laid out differently from these four plans, and the brochure does not draw them.
A hackable wall is a party wall between two neighbouring homes that is built to be taken down, so a buyer who takes both units can join them into a single larger residence. The brochure marks a hackable wall on Type A, the 488 sq ft one-bedroom, and on Type B, the 678 sq ft two-bedroom. Two Type A units combined give 976 sq ft, and two Type B give 1,356 sq ft — which is the figure at the top of the development's published built-up range. Any work of this kind still needs the developer's and the management's approval.
Type C, the 888 sq ft home, is the dual-key plan. It has two front doors off the common lobby, splitting the home into two self-contained halves with their own bathrooms and living areas, plus a shared powder room and balcony. Owners typically live in one half and let the other, or let both on separate tenancies — a common arrangement in Bukit Bintang, where short-stay demand is high. There are two dual-key homes on each floor.
Twenty-five facility spaces across three levels. The Level 7 Urban Deck carries a timber viewing deck, viewing seats, a timber lounge, the Floating Pavilion, a garden walk, a playground, a pets' play area, an outdoor gym, a multipurpose hall space, a residence lounge, a washroom, an outdoor pre-function area, a BBQ area and a herb garden. The Level 41 Sky Deck carries a 40 m infinity pool, a sky whirlpool, a pool deck, a sauna room, a changing room, a sky pavilion, a viewing point, a sensory path, a yoga deck and a meditation deck. The rooftop above is given over to the Sky Gym.
Yes. The brochure lists Times Square 2 as a pet-friendly development, and a dedicated pets' play area is drawn on the Level 7 Urban Deck plan. House rules on the number, size and breed of pets are set by the management corporation once the building is handed over, so check the current position before you commit.

Berjaya Times Square Sdn Bhd (119614-V), part of the Berjaya group, which built and still owns Berjaya Times Square next door. The developer licence is 30488/06-2028/0165(A) and the approving authority is Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.
Yes. Kuala Lumpur sets a minimum purchase price of RM1 million for foreign buyers, so the larger layouts and higher floors are the ones that qualify. Message me on WhatsApp and I will take you through which units clear the threshold and what the purchase process involves.
Times Square 2 is GreenRE Gold certified. GreenRE is Malaysia's own green building rating tool, run by the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association, and Gold is its second-highest band after Platinum. A rated building is assessed on energy and water efficiency, indoor environmental quality and the environmental impact of its construction.
