What size are the units at Enlace Suites 2?

506 to 2,034 sq ft across twelve layouts. The entry is a 506 sq ft studio, and the most common home by far is Type C1 at 979 sq ft with 2 bedrooms — 104 of the 290 units. Above those sit 3 and 4 bedroom layouts to 1,593 sq ft, and six five-bedroom duplexes at 1,862 and 2,034 sq ft.

Figures checked August 2026 · Enlace Suites 2, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Type A: 506 sq ft · studio · 28 units
Type B: 613 sq ft · 1 bed · 56 units
Type C1 · C2: 979 sq ft · 2 beds · 124 units
Type D1: 1,227 sq ft · 3 beds · 20 units
Type D2: 1,485 sq ft · 4 beds · 30 units
Type E: 1,593 sq ft · 4 beds + maid's room · 20 units
Garden homes G1 – G3: 1,001 – 1,593 sq ft · 6 units on Level 8
Duplexes RG1 · RG2: 1,862 & 2,034 sq ft · 5 beds · 6 units on Level 38

The range is unusually wide for a single tower of 290 homes, and it is deliberate — the small layouts sit low and the large ones sit high. Levels 9 to 22 hold the studio, the one-bedroom and the C1; Levels 23 to 32 hold the two, three and four-bedroom C and D types; Levels 33 to 37 are given to the four-bedroom D2 and E; and Level 38 is six roof-garden duplexes.

If you are buying to rent out, the 506 sq ft studio and the 613 sq ft one-bedroom are the layouts that match the tenant pool around University Malaya, MAHSA and the Bangsar South offices. There are only 84 of the two combined, so they are the ones that go first at each price release.

If you are buying to live in, Type C1 at 979 sq ft is the one to look at closely — with 104 units it is the layout you will have the most choice of floors and facings on, which is where the real negotiating room sits.
