The marketing material says March 2030; the sale and purchase agreement states a delivery period counted from the date you sign, usually 36 months for a strata development, and that is the one with liquidated damages attached if it is missed. Read it before you assume the two match.

The six-month gap behind Enlace Suites 1 matters more than it looks. The first tower and the shared Level 8 facilities deck should be finished ahead of you, so Suites 2 buyers are less likely to move into a building site — but it also means the first residents will already be settled when you arrive.

A March 2030 handover also shapes how you finance it. Progressive drawdown means your loan interest builds through construction rather than landing all at once, and any rental income is three and a half years away. If you are counting on rent to service the loan, that gap is the number to plan around.
