What facilities does Enlace Suites 2 have?

Twenty-three facilities on the Level 8 deck, shared with Enlace Suites 1. The centrepiece is a 50 m lap pool with a dip pool, jacuzzi, pool cave and kids' pool along its length, alongside a gym, multi-purpose atrium, gourmet kitchen, co-working studio, children's play den and playground, and five separate gardens.

A 50 m lap pool is the figure worth pausing on. Most launches at this price put in a 25 to 35 m pool and call it a lap pool; a genuine Olympic length is rare, and if you actually swim, it is the single facility here that you cannot get at the competition down the road.

The deck is shared with Enlace Suites 1, which is the trade-off. You get a larger and better-equipped facilities floor than 290 homes alone would justify, but you share it with the 438 homes in the first tower. On a Saturday morning that is 728 households, not 290 — worth walking the deck at the sales gallery with that number in mind.

One thing to check rather than assume: Enlace also has a sky level at Level 45 holding Sky Villa I, Sky Villa II and a Family Lounge. That level sits at the top of the taller Suites 1 tower, and Suites 2 tops out at Level 38. Ask the developer to confirm in writing whether Suites 2 owners have access before you count it as one of yours.
