What is the difference between Enlace Suites 1 and Enlace Suites 2?

The two towers sit on the same site and share the same Level 8 facilities deck, so the everyday experience of living in either is largely the same. What differs is the stock. Suites 1 goes smaller at the bottom, with a 474 sq ft studio, and stops at 1,733 sq ft. Suites 2 starts slightly larger and goes considerably bigger at the top, including six five-bedroom roof-garden duplexes that Suites 1 does not have.

Suites 1 is also the taller tower, and the Level 45 sky facilities — Sky Villa I, Sky Villa II and the Family Lounge — sit at the top of it. Suites 2 tops out at Level 38. If those spaces matter to you, ask the developer to put the access arrangement for Suites 2 owners in writing.

Timing is the other real difference. Suites 1 hands over six months earlier, which means its buyers move in first and its resale market forms first. Suites 2 buyers get a slightly longer runway on progressive payments, and arrive at a development where the shared facilities and the first tower are already finished.
