From RM690,000 · 522 freehold homes · 690 – 980 sq ft · 500 m to SS15 LRT · by Gamuda Land with Taylor's
Haus on 15 is a freehold serviced residence by Gamuda Land and Taylor's Assets, built on the former Taylor's College campus in SS15, Subang Jaya — 522 homes in two 24-storey towers, from 690 to 980 sq ft, priced from RM690,000. Five layouts run from a two-bedroom 690 sq ft home to dual-key plans at 830 and 960 sq ft and a triple-key plan at 980 sq ft. SS15 LRT station is 500 m away, about a twelve-minute walk, with Subang Jaya Medical Centre at the same distance and eleven campuses inside a 3 km radius.
About a twelve-minute walk to the Kelana Jaya Line — a straight run into KL Sentral, Bangsar and KLCC without touching the Federal Highway.
The brochure's own claim, and the reason the site exists at all: a freehold title in a township built out in the 1980s, on land Taylor's held for thirty years.
INTI International College and Sri Kuala Lumpur International School share the boundary, Asia e University is 120 m away, and Monash, Sunway and Taylor's Lakeside are all under 3 km.
Type A at 690 sq ft, Type C at 905 sq ft, and dual-key and triple-key plans at 830, 960 and 980 sq ft for households that want a lockable second door.
A three-storey, 18-unit retail podium with an alfresco terrace runs under the towers — cafés, convenience and dining at the lift door.
Gamuda Land's published list includes a swimming pool, fitness studio, co-working space, children's play area, wellness garden and sky lounge.
A RM540 million joint venture between Gamuda Land and Taylor's Assets, broken ground in July 2026 on the campus Taylor's opened in 1989.
Dual-key and triple-key plans, plus a 401-bed Taylor's Residence student block on the same site and 100,000 students in the wider Subang–Sunway corridor.
Prices shown are indicative and gross, before any rebate. Renders on this page are the developer's artist impressions.
Haus on 15 is planned as a piece of SS15 rather than a gated block dropped into it. A three-storey retail podium of 18 units runs under the towers with an alfresco terrace and a landscaped walkway through the middle, and the residents' facilities sit above it on the podium deck.

Gamuda Land publishes more than thirty facilities for Haus on 15; the names above are the ones released so far. The full facility plan is not in the current sales kit — ask me and I will send it as soon as it is out.
Every plan below is the developer's own drawing. Three of the five are dual-key or triple-key: one title, two or three lockable front doors, each with its own bathroom — the reason this project reads as well to a landlord as to a family.

2 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms · 1 car park
11 per floor · Towers A and B

Dual-key · 2 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms · 1 car park

Every floor plan, the full facilities list and the specifications are in the brochure.
SS15 is the densest education pocket in the Klang Valley, and Haus on 15 sits in the middle of it — INTI International College Subang and Sri Kuala Lumpur International School share the boundary fence. The brochure's own two maps below plot the site and print the distance to everything around it.

Haus on 15 stands on the former Taylor's College campus at Jalan SS 15/8 — 500 m from SS15 LRT station, 500 m from Subang Jaya Medical Centre and 1.4 km from Sunway Pyramid.
On the former Taylor's College Subang Jaya campus at Jalan SS 15/8, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor — inside SS15, with INTI International College Subang and Sri Kuala Lumpur International School on the boundary. The SS15 LRT station on the Kelana Jaya Line is 500 m away, about a twelve-minute walk, and the Federal Highway, NPE, KESAS and LDP are all close by.
Freehold. The brochure leads on it — "The Last of Its Kind: SS15's Final Freehold Development" — because SS15 was built out in the 1980s and almost nothing freehold is left to release there. The homes are serviced residences on that freehold title.
From RM690,000 for the entry layout, the Type A at 690 sq ft. The five layouts run from 690 to 980 sq ft, so the range above that reflects size, tower, level and facing. Prices are indicative and gross, before any rebate — message me for the current price list and what is still available on the level you want.
Gamuda Land, in a roughly RM540 million joint venture with Taylor's Assets. The two broke ground in July 2026 on the campus Taylor's opened in SS15 in 1989, redeveloping it into two serviced-residence towers, a purpose-built student block run by Taylor's Residence, and a retail podium.
Five: Type A at 690 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 car park; Type B at 830 sq ft dual-key; Type C at 905 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car parks; Type D at 960 sq ft dual-key; and Type E at 980 sq ft triple-key with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 car parks. Tower A carries 12 homes per floor and Tower B 14, both over 24 storeys.
Maintenance is RM0.44 per square foot a month — about RM304 on a 690 sq ft Type A, RM365 on a Type B, RM398 on a Type C, RM422 on a Type D and RM431 on a 980 sq ft Type E. Car parks come allocated with the unit: one bay for Type A and Type B, and two bays for Types C, D and E.
Gamuda Land publishes more than 30 facilities, with a swimming pool, fitness studio, co-working space, children's play area, wellness garden and sky lounge named so far. Below the towers sits a three-storey retail podium of 18 units with an alfresco dining terrace, a landscaped pedestrian walkway through the site, and a covered drop-off lobby at each block. The full facility plan is not in the current sales kit — ask me for it and I will send it the moment it is released.
It is planned for it. Three of the five layouts are dual-key or triple-key, so a single title can be let as two or three separate tenancies with their own doors and bathrooms. The site sits inside a student belt of more than 100,000 people — eleven campuses within 3 km, with INTI and Sri KL on the boundary — and a 401-bed Taylor's Residence student block goes up on the same land, which tells you what the developer expects the demand to look like.
Layouts, floor plates and distances are taken from the Haus on 15 sales kit; the developer, unit count, price and completion date are from Gamuda Land's own announcements and my project record, August 2026.
With 522 homes and only one Type C and one Type E on each floor, the corner and dual-key units go first. Leave your details and I'll come back with the price list, the levels still open and the plan for the type you are after.
