The psf above is worked out rather than quoted: the starting price divided by the built-up it actually applies to. Because the 775 sq ft layouts have sold out, that figure is what an entry buyer is looking at today rather than a theoretical floor nobody can reach. What moves it from there is floor level and facing — neither of which is published anywhere, so ask me for the live price list before you compare it against anything.
One quirk worth knowing here. Every layout type at The Aldenz comes in a version with a balcony and a version without, and the balcony counts towards the built-up you are paying for. Two units of the same type can therefore carry different prices for what is nearly the same internal space, so check which variant a quoted figure refers to.
