Ask Sara on WhatsAppZenia is ParkCity's Damansara development: 1,085 homes across 55 acres, split between 442 three-storey Parkhomes and 643 Condovillas in five blocks. At 20 units per acre it is unusually low density for the area, with parks, ponds and open space woven through the site and Kota Damansara MRT, the DASH and Penchala Link close by.
442 three-storey Parkhomes and 643 Condovillas share one masterplanned address, so you can choose either without leaving the neighbourhood.

Zenia starts at RM1,300,000. Against the smallest Condovilla at 1,691 sq ft, that works out to about RM770 per square foot. ParkCity has not published an official psf figure, so treat this as the entry floor rather than a price list — larger layouts, higher floors and pond-facing units all sit above it.
