Laurel Residence is in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, on the southern side of the township near Pantai Hillpark. Nexus is 100 m away, the Connexion Conference & Event Centre 120 m and The Sphere 450 m. The Federal Highway, NPE, SPRINT and LDP are all close by, and Mid Valley City and Petaling Jaya are each about 3 km away.

There are six layouts. Type A is 495 sq ft with 1+1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Type B is 548 sq ft and Type C is 590 sq ft, both with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Type E is 853 sq ft, and Types D and D1 are 903 sq ft, all with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. D and D1 share the same plan in different positions on the floor.

It is commercial title, but it was sold under the Housing Development Act (HDA). The HDA is the law that protects home buyers, so the purchase follows its standard sale and purchase agreement, including the developer’s defect liability period. Commercial title usually means utilities, assessment and quit rent are charged at commercial rather than residential rates, which is worth building into your monthly costs.
