Riverville Residences 2 is on Jalan Taman Seri Sentosa in Taman Sri Sentosa, off Old Klang Road in Kuala Lumpur, beside the Klang river and next to Sentosa Court. The brochure measures 7.5 km to Mid Valley City, 8.5 km to Sunway Pyramid, 4.5 km to SJK(C) Chen Moh, 9.7 km to Sunway University, 3.8 km to Assunta Hospital and 5.8 km to University Malaya Medical Centre. The Federal Highway, NPE, East-West Link, Maju Expressway and KESAS are all within reach, and Kuchai MRT, Petaling KTM and Jalan Templer KTM are the nearest stations.

Every home at Riverville Residences 2 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three plans are published: Type A at 803 sq ft, Type B at 851 sq ft and Type C at 915 sq ft, which is a dual key layout. The sales permit lists six type codes across the two blocks — A, A1, B, B1, C and C1 — all within a 75 to 85 square metre band.

Riverville Residences 2 is freehold. It is a two-block condominium of 660 units on Jalan Taman Seri Sentosa off Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur, developed by Alzac Development Sdn. Bhd. and approved by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.

Type C, the 915 sq ft plan, is dual key. It has two front doors off the same lobby: one opens into the main three-bedroom home, the other into a self-contained suite with its own bathroom. Owners typically live in the main home and rent the suite out, or keep it for a family member, without the two households sharing an entrance.

The brochure shows a podium facility deck built around a swimming pool, a fully glazed gymnasium looking onto the water, a Japanese-inspired garden with a moon-gate pavilion, a reflecting pool and timber-screened lounge decks, and a children's playground with a large climbing frame and slides. Alzac Development Sdn. Bhd. (709021-U), which developed the first phase of Riverville Residences on the same road. Its developer licence is 30565/09-2028/0240(A), valid from 20 September 2023 to 19 September 2028, and its sales gallery and show unit are at No. 8, 5th Floor, Jalan Midah 1, Taman Midah Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur.

The maintenance fee is RM0.33 per square foot a month, and that rate already includes the sinking fund. On the 803 sq ft Type A that is about RM265 a month, roughly RM281 on the 851 sq ft Type B and about RM302 on the 915 sq ft Type C. Rates are set by the developer and can be revised before handover.
